We highly recommend the service Rachel provides. She has the perfect mix of compassion and professionalism. Making the decision to say goodbye to our dog Kodak, a much loved and valued member of our family was very difficult. Rachel was understanding and supportive throughout. She informed us of the whole procedure and helped us to make it peaceful for Kodak with us comforting him throughout in his own home.

I would like to thank Rachel for her kindness at one of the most difficult times in my life. We had to say goodbye to my lovely boy Reggie who had struggled with cancer for over 2 years. Rachel made a horrible time a lot easier with her compassion care and understanding.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Rachel for giving my old boy the dignity he deserved. We had our old boy for 12 years and he was the most kindest sweetest boy ever, he loved to be round people, other animals from hamsters, chickens, cats or birds and never once even chased them. He had the most purest heart the one thing he did dislike was the vets! When it came to the dreaded day the one thing I didn’t want for him was to be in the vets distressed & upset. I had made enquiries to Mill Cottage Pet Crematorium prior putting things in place and this was where we heard of Rachel, I contacted her and explained how my old boy was struggling, we spoke and she answered all the questions I needed and said she was there if and when needed. When the day came I contacted her and even though she wasn’t even at work that day she still came. On her arrival I explained I still felt guilt even though I knew it was the right choice, we spoke and she really Brought peace to me and took all my guilt away. When it was time she explained everything we needed to know. I can honestly say that having Rachel in my home was simply the best decision we ever made. She was kind, compassionate, respectful and so much more. My old boy passed so peacefully & calm with the love care and dignity he deserved I will be forever grateful that this was a service we could use!
